Who am I?

Look. This is the part where I’m expected to cram 24 years of my life into one paragraph. This is why I hate ‘bios’.

I’m not going to bore you with my sporting background, my qualifications and blah, blah blah.

So here’s what I’m going to do. I’m going to let you decide if you think I’m the guy who can help you.

So now we’re here….

Why should you listen to me?

You can listen to me if you wish. I’m not your dad. Do what you want.
I trained to be a primary teacher. If I can teach a 6-year-old math, I can get you leaner and stronger, so long as you’re willing to listen.

My ‘journey’ is 8 years of failing. Learning. Experimenting. Injuries. Failing. Getting help and finally succeeding in my quest in being able to maintain a strong, lean physique year round.

I mentioned that everyone has a skill. Well, mine is coaching. I’ve coached hundreds of people, which has given me a lot of experience. So why bother trying to perfect your own regime, when I’ve got the online personal training experience to sort it out for you?

What exactly am I about?

I’m really good in getting guys stronger and leaner.

I enjoy pushing, squatting and lifting heavy objects against the force of gravity.

Listen, I’ve been very fortunate where I’ve fallen into the hands where I learn from the evidence based industry leaders. The likes of Alan Aragon, Brad Schoenfeld, Martin McDonald
